Now that we know who is responsible and for what lets move forward.
Grant money is not "FREE." Some grants require a match of local funds. Most require writing a lengthy proposal and follow -up reports as well as complicated accounting of funds. All require a worthy project. BUT, adding millions of Dollars to local revenue is the return.
