Cumberland County, Virginia

Cumberland County is located in the Central Piedmont area of Virginia, near the geographic center of the state. The county's location makes it easily accessible to the state metropolitan areas of the east and west and the interstate systems that connect these areas to the markets throughout the East Coast and Midwest. Richmond, the state capital, is 48 miles east; Roanoke is 103 miles west; and Washington, D.C. is 145 miles northeast.
