General Information

The Board of Zoning Appeals is the County’s appointed review board to hear appeals and requests for variance from the County's Zoning Ordinance.

Regular meetings are held quarterly at 7:00 p.m. in Room C-8 at the Cumberland Community Center.  Additional meetings may be scheduled throughout the year as needed with proper public notice.
